Document Verification Notice for Assistant Teacher (Math & Science) under JPSTAACCE-2023

Based on the Combined Competitive Examination 2023, document verification for shortlisted graduate-trained Assistant Teachers (Classes 6 to 8) for Mathematics and Science (Waiting List) will be conducted from 09 June 2025 to 13 June 2025 at the JSSC Office, , kalinagar, Chai Bagan, Namkum, Ranchi Ranchi.

The verification will be held in two shifts daily:

• First Shift: 10:30 AM to 01:30 PM

• Second Shift: 02:30 PM to 05:30 PM

Candidates are advised to report to the verification center at least one hour before their allotted shift.

Important Instructions for Candidates:

1. Presence Required:
   Only candidates listed for document verification are invited. This process does not constitute final selection.

2. Document Submission:
   Candidates must bring the original documents, a self-attested photocopy of each, and a recent passport-sized color photograph to the verification center.

   Those who do not appear or fail to present the required documents within their allotted date and time will not be given another opportunity, and the Commission may take a decision to cancel their candidature.

3. Documents to be Brought (as per details filled in online application):

   Academic Documents:

   • Printed copy of online application (all pages)

   • Certificate of required educational qualification:

     • Matric / 10th certificate

     • Intermediate / 10+2 certificate

     • As applicable per qualification type below:

     Acceptable Education Qualifications (for Math/Science teacher post):

     • Graduation or equivalent in the relevant subject with a two-year Diploma in Elementary Education

     • Graduation with at least 50% marks in the subject + B.Ed.

     • Graduation with at least 45% marks in the subject + B.Ed. (as per NCTE norms dated 31-05-2009)

     • Senior Secondary (or equivalent) + 4-year B.El.Ed.

     • Senior Secondary + 4-year B.A./B.Sc. B.Ed.

     • Graduation in relevant subject + 1-year Special B.Ed.

   Reservation & Local Category Certificates:

   • Caste certificate (SC/ST/BC-1/BC-2/EWS), if applicable

   • Local resident certificate

   • Disability certificate, if applicable

   • Certificate of experience or identification from para-teacher (if applicable)

   • Ex-servicemen or freedom fighter quota certificate (if applicable)

4. Other Documents:

   • JET (Jharkhand Eligibility Test) Admit Card and Result

   • If any document is in a different language or has corrections, candidates must also bring an affidavit confirming its validity

Note:

Candidates absent during their scheduled shift may attend a final opportunity on 18 June 2025 from 10:30 AM to 01:30 PM for document verification.
No further extension will be provided beyond this.

Additionally, the Commission may invite other candidates not listed earlier for verification depending on vacancies or seat adjustments.
